BetWinner Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Introduction

Welcome to BetWinner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and BetWinner ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on BetWinner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on BetWinner, including sports betting, live in-play markets, casino games, bingo, fish games, VIP programmes, bonuses and all related account and payment functions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

BetWinner is an entertainment platform. All products — sports betting, casino, bingo and others — are provided for entertainment purposes only. Participation involves risk of financial loss. Never bet or wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.

2Eligibility

To register and use BetWinner, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetWinner does not allow access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on BetWinner or have had an account previously closed for violations of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, genuine personal information during registration. False or misleading registration details are grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location.

3Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one BetWinner account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, including any bets placed or transactions made while you are logged in.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify BetWinner support immediately.
• Account details — including your name, contact information and payment methods — must remain accurate and up to date. Notify us promptly of any changes.
• BetWinner reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC copy) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in the relevant platform policy.

Your BetWinner account balance is held in PKR. All deposits, bets, wins and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no automatic currency conversion applied to your balance.

4Deposits & Payments

BetWinner accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods available to Pakistan players:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment transfer
• Bank transfer (standard banking channels)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the payment is confirmed by your payment provider.

BetWinner does not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. All deposits must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account reviewed.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your BetWinner account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. PKR withdrawals are available via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
• BetWinner reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents may include a CNIC copy or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are processed within the standard timeframe for the selected method. VIP members may benefit from priority processing.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, withdrawal of associated funds may be subject to wagering requirements being met first. See the Bonuses section below.
• BetWinner reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breaches of these Terms are suspected.

Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the BetWinner account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6Bonuses & Promotions

BetWinner offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. They are not a guaranteed return of value and do not constitute cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by the promotion.
• BetWinner reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where an active bonus is cancelled, any wagering already completed under that bonus will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in forfeit of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Free bets or free spins carry their own validity windows. Expired free bets are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

7Sports Betting Rules

BetWinner offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including PSL and international T20), football, tennis, basketball, esports and more. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where a Cash Out option is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of an event being postponed or cancelled, the standard rule is that bets will be void and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
• BetWinner reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or withhold payments where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or any other integrity concern.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. Live in-play odds update in real time and may change between selection and confirmation.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, competition and player account tier. VIP members generally benefit from higher limits.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being interrupted by weather or other factors, settled bets follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent).
• BetWinner is not responsible for errors in bet placement made by the player. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.

8Casino & Games

BetWinner's casino section includes slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fish games and other game types. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studios and are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed during play.
• Technical faults or disconnections during a game session do not automatically entitle the player to a refund. Where a malfunction voids a game round, the stake for that round will be returned.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain game types or bonus-funded play sessions. Where applicable, these limits are stated within the game or promotion terms.
• Bingo and fish games follow their own specific game rules which are displayed within each game. These rules take precedence over general casino terms in the event of any conflict.
• BetWinner reserves the right to remove, update or replace any game in the casino lobby at any time without prior notice.

9Responsible Gaming

BetWinner is committed to promoting responsible gaming habits among all players. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: You can enable session time alerts to help you track how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts during casino play can be enabled to remind you of time spent and amounts wagered.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetWinner and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players or with any person who has inside knowledge of sporting events.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means, including using multiple accounts or coordinated group play to exploit promotional offers.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at BetWinner staff or other platform users.

11Account Suspension & Closure

BetWinner reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity as per the dormancy policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account and its balance will be restricted until the investigation is resolved. BetWinner will aim to communicate the status of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is closed and you believe this was done in error, you may contact support to request a review. The outcome of any such review is at BetWinner's discretion.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled according to their normal terms.

12Limitation of Liability

BetWinner provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

• BetWinner is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connection issues on the player's end, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• BetWinner is not responsible for any loss of profits, opportunity costs or indirect damages arising from the use — or inability to use — the platform.
• Sports results, odds and market outcomes are determined by independent third parties (governing bodies, officiating bodies). BetWinner settles bets based on official results and accepts no liability for disputed outcomes at source.
• BetWinner is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local tax obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

BetWinner may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. In some cases, we may also notify active players via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of BetWinner after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account. Outstanding bets placed prior to the change will be settled under the Terms in effect at the time of placement.
